La Fabrique des Champions: Hermspro and Mishkhan Real Estate Construction Supported by Okoumé Capital

The Acting CEO of Okoumé Capital, Christian Mamalepot, officially announced the signing of a partnership on Friday, 11th August 2023,with the CEO of Hesmpro, Ousmane Maïga, and the CEO of Mishkhan , Tatiana Nouchka Otha, winners of the Fabrique des Champions competition. Through this partnership, the two SMEs are benefiting from both technical and financial support from Okoumé Capital.

« Following the Fabrique des Champions program, a number of companies were selected for support and funding », stated Christian Mamalepot.

The Fabrique des Champions program spans 9 months of masterclasses, guidance, strategic and operational model reviews, as well as identifying the company's needs. HermsPro specializes in heavy equipment maintenance. The funding agreement with Okoumé Capital involves a minority stake in the company. This overall amount includes working capital and equipment acquisition, totaling 316 million FCFA.

« This partnership will first enable us to expand our heavy equipment. This, in turn, will enhance our operational capabilities and broaden the range of services we offer. The goal is to push our presence in the current market», explained Ousmane Maïga.

The company Mishkhan Immo Construction, received 100 million FCFA as support from Okoumé Capital. «Thanks to the Fabrique des Champions, I have been able to review the restructuration of my company as well as defining the financial management. I believe that being with Okoumé Capital will not only increase my visibility but also provide valuable guidance », affirmed Tatiana Nouchka Otha.
